South Snowdonia Bouldering Guide

This new guide to all of south Snowdonia National Park (Eryri) covers a vast area which incorporates all the boulder fields between Blaenau-Ffestiniog in the north down to Dolgellau and Tywyn in the far southern tip of the national park. The coverage also extends beyond the national park to include the seaside towns of Borth and Aberystwyth.

The vast majority of the 2000+ problems described have never been published and this new and comprehensive guide details the areas with clear maps and clear approaches. A wealth of action photos and clear topo photos allow boulders to be easily found and identified. Included are a group of essays written by climbers keen to express the joy and variations of the sport and to highlight the magical landscape of this area of Wales with its deep culture and diverse habitats.
