Sea Kayak with Gordon Brown DVD

Exciting and practical instruction from one of the world's top coaches will start beginners on the right track and help intermediate kayakers improve their technique in calm water and rough. Eight coaching sessions are built around a challenging four-day voyage along the west coast of the Isle of Skye.

The coaching sessions guide kayakers from the fundamentals, through forward paddling, turning and steering, and into rough water and tidal races. With magnificent Cuillin mountain views, we explore caves, waterfalls, dramatic sea stacks and 5,000 year old historic sites.
