This definitive guidebook covers over 700 sport climbing and trad rock climbing routes in the National Park of Paklenica, including the all the routes on the famous Anica kuk and Debeli kuk walls. There is everything from single pitch sport routes to big wall rock climbing up the 350m face of Anica kuk (up to 11-pitch routes), on superb limestone rock. There are routes across a wide range of grades from easy F3?s through to F9a.
The multi-pitch routes at Paklenica are a mixture of sport routes and trad routes (requiring cams and nuts). However, the guidebook indicates this at the start of each route, and often (especially the easier routes) there is at combination of bolted protection and traditional protection on the same route.
All the routes are shown on colour photo topos, and most of the multi-pitch routes have an additional topo diagram. Each pitch is graded (using French grades) along with the overall length of the route... English text throughout...
