The starting point of the 550 km long Oder-Neisse cycle path is Jablonec in the Czech Republic, near the sources of the Neisse. After 55 km through rustic forests and over plateaus you reach Poland. From there, the Oder-Neisse cycle path follows the German-Polish border, which runs along both rivers. The border region used to be taboo for tourists, but today it offers an interesting region for cyclists with almost untouched river landscapes and cities worth seeing such as Zittau, G?rlitz, Frankfurt (Oder) or K?strin. The leporello fold of the map makes it possible to present the route to Ueckerm?nde in individual sections. A part of the Haff long-distance cycle path, which leads via the adjacent island of Usedom to Ahlbeck, is also shown on the map.
