Mulde Cycle Path, FreimountainZwickau Dessau

The first part of the three-part route of the Mulderadweg along the Zwickauer Mulde starts at the source in the Erzgebirge Vogtland Nature Park. Numerous palaces and castles, dense forests and meadows characterize the landscape. Such a landscape also awaits cyclists on the shorter alternative route along the Freiburger Mulde. Both branches of the river meet at Sermuth: the third part of the Mulde Cycle Path follows the further course of the river to its confluence with the Elbe near Dessau. The Leporello is the ideal travel companion.
