Manikia is a 2-hour drive to the north of Athens and this new edition describes 760 single pitch sport routes and 51 fully bolted multi-pitch routes up to 250m long. The single pitch sport routes are spread across a wide grade range from F4?s to F9?s, whilst the multi-pitch routes range from F6a to F7a+.
All the routes are shown on colour photo topos. There is a good location map at the start of the guidebook that shows all the parking areas for each sector. Each parking area has a QR code linking to Google maps. For each sector there is another location map, plus symbols indicate the orientation of the crag, the walk-in time, and if it is child friendly.
Published in May 2026 (revised 4th edition) this guidebook is in English and Greek text throughout and includes around 200 more routes than the previous edition. Published by a consortium of local climbers, the profit of this guidebook goes back into the maintenance of these existing routes and establishing new ones.
