The route follows the course of the Eder from its source in the Rothaargebirge Nature Park to where it flows into the Fulda. Varied kilometers await cyclists through the low mountain range landscape without any significant inclines. A highlight is certainly the Edersee, which can be accessed via the circular route of the same name.
