DanubeCycle Path 1 Danubeeschingen Passau

The cycle tour map in a clear leporello format shows the first 597 km long section of the Danube Cycle Path. The path runs between the source of the Danube in Donaueschingen and Passau with its famous old town. The route leads through a varied landscape, which is characterized by numerous castles, palaces and monasteries such as the stronghold of Sigmaringen, Obermarchtal Monastery or Erbach Castle. One should not miss a visit to the cities of Ulm with the well-known Ulm Minster, Donauw?rth and Regensburg with the Cathedral of St. Peter. The phenomenon of the infiltration of the Danube near Immerdingen and the breakthrough of the Danube in the Upper Danube Nature Park are geologically unique.
