Buoux and Alentours 2024 Edition

The Buoux Sport Climbing Guidebook is a comprehensive guidebook covering all the sport climbing and bouldering at Buoux. Buoux is a famous and historically important climbing area with many world class routes. The climbing here is split across 3 main areas, west face, south face and the east face. The guidebook details over 1,100 routes, ranging from F5 to F9a, including around 300 newly bolted routes.

This Buoux guidebook also covers a large number of boulder problems at Buoux, as well as 7 other crags in the surrounding area. These other crags are Bosque, Oppedette, Lourmarin, Pont Julien, F?tide Beach, Opp?de le Vieux, and Br?cugne.

All the routes are shown on colour photo topos. For each sector there is information regarding the style of climbing to be found, maximum height of the routes, orientation of the crag, and the walk-in time. There are also location maps and access information for all the sectors, plus QR codes for the parking areas.

Published in 2024, this guidebook is in French and English text throughout. A large part of the profit from this guidebook goes back into Buoux bolt fund for the maintenance of existing routes and creating new routes in the Buoux area.
