21 walks exploring the open moors and hills, valleys, lakes,woods and forests in the Hidden Heart of North Wales - a little known, beautiful, unspoilt upland area lying between the Vale of Clwyd and the Snowdonia National Park.

Routes follow a network of old drovers' routes , ancient highways and former coachng roads. Ranging from 2.5 mile archaeological trail to an exhilierating 10.5 mils moorland challenge linking three large lakes.
